How do I know what size to order?
Each product page lists the sizes currently in stock. See our size guide for how our sizing compares to UK/EU standard sizing.
Are unstitched suits made to order?
No — unstitched suits are sold as fabric pieces ready for your own tailor. If you'd like a bespoke stitching service, please contact us to check availability.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders and save your details for next time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments, securely processed by Stripe, as well as PayPal. All prices are in GBP.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK standard delivery is £4.95, and free on orders over £100. International delivery prices depend on the country and are shown at checkout. Full delivery details.
How long will my order take?
UK orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and go to My Orders to see your order history and status.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver to many countries. Enter your address at checkout to see the options and price for your country. Import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Unstitched suits that have been cut or altered can't be returned unless faulty. Returns policy.
What if my order arrives faulty or wrong?
Please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. Faulty items.
