These terms apply to your use of puraali.com and to any order you place with Puraali Fashion Ltd ("Puraali", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Our products
We sell Pakistani ladieswear, including readymade (stitched) suits, unstitched fabric sets, formal, luxury and bridal wear. We take care to describe and photograph each item accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen, and embroidery and fabric detail can vary slightly between pieces. Readymade items are sold in the sizes shown on the product page; please check our size guide before ordering. Measurements are in inches and may vary slightly. Unstitched items are supplied as uncut fabric and are not sized.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in Pakistani rupees and shown on the site in your local currency, converted at a current exchange rate. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, in that currency. Where a payment method can't take your currency (for example PayPal for some currencies), we'll show the amount in the currency we charge before you pay. Your bank may add its own fees or use its own exchange rate. Prices include any taxes we're required to charge. We may change prices at any time, but the price in force when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error, we'll tell you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted, and a contract is formed, when we confirm it to you by email or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay by debit or credit card, or by PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we don't see or store your full card details. Your order is only processed once payment has been authorised.
Delivery
UK delivery costs £4.95, and is free on UK orders over £100. We also deliver to other countries; the delivery options, cost and any free-delivery threshold for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or local taxes by the destination country, which are payable by you. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You can return items you haven't cut, altered or worn within 15 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Unstitched suits that have been cut or altered can't be returned unless they're faulty or we sent the wrong item. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. See Returns & Refunds for the steps. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel most distance sales within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
Your account
If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that's used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
Reviews and content
Reviews and questions you post must be honest and lawful. We may edit or remove content that's abusive, misleading or off-topic. You give us permission to display what you post on our site.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Puraali or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
